Final fix to the Restore [LOCKED] issue: AceDB defaulted to Restore [LOCKED] so save never knew that it should save.

* Restore [LOCKED] is empty when it saves the first time [Fresh installed addon] -> blocked any attempt to load it. Permanent fix is being worked on with highest priority!
