    Add headless test suite (14 tests, Vanilla + TBC boots)

    - tests/: same architecture as PetTips (real addon files loaded via
      setfenv into live WoW mocks); M.HoverItem() drives the full tooltip
      hook cycle - cleared-hooks, guard, OnTooltipSetItem - like the game
    - One boot per game flavor, so BOTH data catalogues are covered
    - Suites: data integrity (per-profession counts pinned: Vanilla 1230 /
      TBC 2119 recipes, breakpoint sanity, reagent-index back-links,
      vendor-reagent exclusion), FactionData (24 entries, no dangling ids),
      tooltip end-to-end (sections, difficulty colors, not-learned marker,
      no-skillups collapse, via-conversions, maxLines truncation + hidden
      count, only-learned filter, faction lock both sides, modifier gate,
      once-per-tooltip guard)
    - Invariants tolerate the verified data quirks: orange > yellow rows
      (Goblin Jumper Cables, Smelt Tin) and the all-gray sentinel on
      The Mortar: Reloaded (13240, TBC)
    - tests/ excluded from packaging (.pkgmeta) and deploys
