Know exactly how much gold your next profession will cost you on TBC Classic/Anniversary — before you spend a single copper.
ProfessionPricer TBC calculates the full gold cost of leveling a profession from 1 to 375, broken down by era (Classic → TBC), using Auctionator's live Auction House prices. It also helps you buy everything, with the right quantities pre-filled in Auctionator's search.
This is a companion addon to ProfessionPricer (the Mists of Pandaria Classic version) rebuilt specifically for TBC Classic/Anniversary's older client, which doesn't expose the modern Auction House API the MoP version relies on.
Features
🧮 Leveling cost calculator (1-375) for Blacksmithing, Engineering, Alchemy, Enchanting, Leatherworking, Tailoring, Jewelcrafting, Mining (smelting to 290), and First Aid — split by Classic and TBC eras.
🏷️ Live AH prices via Auctionator — this addon requires Auctionator installed; TBC Anniversary's client doesn't expose the scanning API used by the MoP Classic version, so Auctionator is the price source here.
🛒 One-click shopping — `/pptbc buy <profession>` sends the material list into Auctionator's search with quantities pre-selected for purchase.
🧩 Smart substitute handling — for materials where several items are interchangeable (e.g. Jewelcrafting's "any of these gems"), the addon picks the cheapest for cost estimates and splits the shopping list evenly across alternatives.
🪟 Experimental Auction House tab — a "ProfPricer" tab appears in the old AH window next to Auctionator's own tabs.
🌍 Localized — English by default, full Russian localization if your client is set to `ruRU`.
✅ Coverage indicator — shows how many of the needed materials are actually listed on the AH right now (e.g. "Prices found: 38/42").

There's also a ProfPricer tab built into the Auction House window itself.
Requirements
Auctionator is required. This addon has no price data of its own — TBC Anniversary's client doesn't expose the Auction House scanning API needed to build one (see Notes below).
Installation
Download and extract into `World of Warcraft/_classic_/Interface/AddOns/`.
Install Auctionator if you haven't already.
Open the Auction House and use the ProfPricer tab, or run `/pptbc ui`.
Data sources
Leveling material lists are compiled from the TBC Classic leveling guides at wow-professions.com/tbc-classic (community-maintained profession guides), cross-checked against Wowhead item data. The "TBC (300-375)" range is marked partial for a few professions where the guide itself notes the final stretch depends heavily on which recipes/reputations/drops you go for, so no single fixed material list exists for that segment.
Notes on TBC Anniversary 
TBC Anniversary runs on an older client  and doesn't expose `C_AuctionHouse` or `C_TradeSkillUI`. This TBC version is a from-scratch rebuild scoped around what the old client does support: Auctionator's price API and the classic `AuctionFrame` tab system.
