Tagging v1.1

Starfox:
    - Immediately update ldb after changing sort order
    - Use the sorting for LDB label too
    - Moving up is just moving the one above down
    - Add debug stuff. Custom item sorting for tooltip works, options still hidden, still need to test more stuffs
    - Fix cooldown number shown in the LDB label. Add options tracked items rearrangement (does nothing by now and is hidden by default)
    - Fix adding items to tracking list. Immediately recount tracked items and update ldb text after doing so
    - Default to show all character instead of just lvl 100 ones
