• Fix to when order gets throttle error with craft queue
• Close the track order settings window with the tradeskill frame
• New feature: craft order queue! (fixes #294 and fixes #300)
• Profession's expansion filter is undone when navigating to crafting orders, if that expansion didn't have any (fixes #313)
• Patron orders are now sorted by time remaining, and will refresh until visible automatically (fixes #312)
