Choose your profession skill rate

• New Skill rate dropdown below the Profession button: x1, x2, x3 or x7.
• Saved per character and applied to all professions. Existing characters default to x3.
• Craft estimates and material totals update immediately when the rate changes.
• Components needed by later recipes are still reserved.
• Changing the rate resets a manually entered craft count to the new recommendation.

This setting changes addon estimates, not the server skill rate. Counts are whole-step estimates, not remaining counts or guaranteed skill-ups. Yellow and green recipes may need extra crafts. Gathering guides do not promise a fixed number of gathers or catches.

Updating

For the original English WoW 3.3.5a client (Interface 30300). Extract the ProfessionHelp folder into Interface/AddOns, replacing the old addon files. Keep SavedVariables to preserve your settings, then restart WoW or use /reload.

Lua 5.1 compatibility and automated rate/persistence/material checks passed. In-game visual testing of this update is still pending.
