Feature: Add AH and merchant price discovery for items/reagents
If they are available, query TSM and/or Auctionator for current price data on items and reagents. TSM (dbmarket) takes precedence.
Finding an item/reagent on a merchant will set its price override, AH price will henceforth be ignored.
