Expanded Prio 0+ chat tracking, improved slash command handling, and added raid roster export.

• Improved Prio 0+ loot tracking by matching announced PRIO 0 items with later loot confirmation messages before routing them to the dedicated chat window.
• Added pending item tracking with recipient matching, item key normalization, duplicate route protection, and automatic cleanup for expired pending entries.
• Added runtime loot event handling for CHAT_MSG_LOOT to support delayed confirmation-based routing.
• Added and updated slash commands for opening options, showing help, and exporting the raid roster; /p0ct now opens the options and prints a short help hint, while /p0ct help, /p0ct roster, and /p0ct raidlist are now supported.
• Added a copyable raid roster export popup with sorted, unique Name-Realm entries and improved handling for connected realms.
• Added English and German localization for help and unknown-command messages.
