### Changes
- Added group number prefix to player names in raid/battleground view (e.g. `(1) Playername`), sorted by group — makes it easy to target specific raid groups during rapid rebuffing without accidentally double-buffing with a consumable
- Added `/pbconfig` settings window: toggle group prefix on/off, choose prefix format from a dropdown (four styles: `(1)`, `1 -`, `G1`, or `1`), plus quick-access buttons for Check Now, Move Window, Test Layout, and Sleep/Wake
- Fixed group number lookup for cross-realm players (Alterac Valley, etc.) — previously no prefix showed for cross-realm names
- Window position is preserved across version upgrades
- `/pbtest` now shows fake group numbers so the format preview works correctly
