PrePullNotes 1.3.0 — Updated for WoW 12.0.7

  • Updated for World of Warcraft patch 12.0.7 (Interface 120007).
  • Removed the ChatThrottleLib dependency entirely. Boss-note broadcasts now
    use a built-in throttle and combat queue instead.
  • Fixed a combat-taint race condition: previously, messages queued just before
    a pull could fire during combat and get blocked. The new self-owned send
    pipeline guarantees nothing is sent during combat lockdown — queued notes
    now flush automatically the moment combat ends.
  • Smaller, fully self-contained addon — no bundled libraries.
