    Refine reminder logic for paladin, hunter, mage

    Bump addon version to v1.6.3 and only show the welcome message on actual login/reload. Add a Mage exception so the general water reminder won't trigger for Mages. Improve Hunter aspect checks to skip aspect reminders when the player hasn't learned any applicable aspect spells. Enhance Paladin blessing handling: add low-warning support and default threshold, provide a low-warning message, detect blessing expiration times, and show either a missing or expiring blessing warning based on learned blessings and remaining time.
