    Add appearance customization and mage mana gem reminder

    Introduces an appearance settings page with options for font size, minimum width, font color, and background color, including ElvUI skinning support. Adds a new reminder for mages to conjure a mana gem if none is present. Refines and standardizes reminder messages for clarity and consistency. Also adds a reset all settings button to the options panel.
