Fixed: spell ID 444347 (and any spell sharing the potion category cooldown) was incorrectly re-triggering the Pot Buff Timer. The detection now requires that the potion stack count actually decreases in addition to the cooldown increasing, ensuring only a real potion consumption starts the timer.
Added "Zone d'activation" option in Potion Ready > Affichage: choose between Everywhere / Dungeon only / Raid only
Added "Zone d'activation" option in Pot Buff Timer > Affichage: same zone filter applied independently to the Buff Timer
UI panel height increased from 420px to 540px to accommodate the new options
