Inspired by the helpful people in General Chat, Posture Check will play a sound and remind you to check your posture to prevent you from slouching too much while playing those long grinding sessions!
Posture Check is a very basic AddOn and will let you know to check your posture every 60 minutes, however you may change the delay between messages by simply using the following command:
/posture <insert value in minutes here>
