- Fixed taint error when opening Porter inside Mythic dungeons and other instanced content

- Made flyout panel fully opaque to prevent clashing with content behind it

- Toys now respect usability restrictions (profession, level, reputation requirements)

- Added zone change detection to refresh cooldowns after dungeon completion
