• Added common aliases for teleport and portal destinations, for example sw will now match Stormwind and ashran will match Warspear/Stormshield depending on player faction. These examples aren't the only aliases.
• Added easier way to switch between teleports and portals by pressing tab key. Old way still works as well.
• Added chat command to display PortalMaster dialog by typing /portalmaster, /pm or /port. Any parameters given to the command will also perform search with that value, for example /portalmaster exodar displays the dialog with //exodar// in the search field.
• Removed unnecessary files.
• Refactored code a bit.
