Portal Authority v2.3.0 — Global Language Update

Portal Authority now speaks your language.

Full localization support has been added for 10 languages: English, Simplified Chinese (简体中文), Traditional Chinese (繁體中文), German (Deutsch), French (Français), Spanish (Español), Latin American Spanish (Español Latinoamericano), Italian (Italiano), Korean (한국어), Brazilian Portuguese (Português), and Russian (Русский).

Every surface of the addon has been localized — settings, runtime alerts, timers, interrupt tracking, dock labels, onboarding, keystone utility, announcements, combat alerts, and profile management. This isn't a partial translation pass. Every label, tooltip, description, and status message has been translated using community-natural terminology sourced from real players in each language community.

Full Token UX

Type template tokens in your own language. German players can type [Ziel] instead of [destination]. Chinese players can type [目的地]. Korean players can type [목적지]. Every supported language has localized token input that automatically normalizes behind the scenes — your saved templates, imports, and exports stay clean and portable.

Locale-Aware Announcements

Portal, teleport, and summoning stone announcements automatically send in your language when using stock templates. Custom messages are always respected exactly as written.

Localized Summon Detection

The addon now recognizes summon requests in German (hexerport), Korean (소환좀), Spanish (invocadme), and Chinese (求拉 / 拉我), in addition to the existing English and numeric triggers.

Community-Driven Terminology

Every translation was built from researched WoW community terminology — not textbook translations. Chinese players see 大秘境, not the stiff official term. Korean players see 쐐기, not a literal translation. The addon speaks the way players actually talk.

Zero Performance Impact

The localization architecture was designed with performance in mind. English-speaking players experience zero additional CPU cost, zero additional memory overhead, and zero behavioral changes. The addon works exactly as it always has for existing users.
