PogNettle is a focused fishing-attempt tracker for players hunting the Pond Nettle mount on Argus. It turns a long, repetitive mount grind into a clearly tracked session by counting completed catches and providing immediate feedback after every attempt.

Instead of keeping a manual tally, you can concentrate on fishing while PogNettle maintains your statistics between sessions.

WHAT POGNETTLE CHANGES

When you use the standard Retail Fishing spell and loot the catch within 30 seconds, PogNettle records one attempt.

If the Pond Nettle is not in the loot, the add-on displays a prominent raid-warning-style message and plays a failure sound. If you catch the mount, it plays a distinct success sound and reports the successful attempt in chat.

For example, after your 75th completed catch without the mount, PogNettle records attempt 75 and miss 75, then gives you immediate visual and audio confirmation. You do not need to update a counter yourself or check your statistics after every cast.

At any time, /pognettle status shows your total attempts, misses, successful catches, and whether alerts are enabled.

Cancelled casts, missed bobbers, and catches that are not looted within the 30-second tracking window are not added to the total. This keeps the statistics focused on completed, looted fishing attempts rather than every press of the Fishing button.
