Player Kill Announce (Classic)

Announces enemy player kills in party chat.

Check out my new addon PvP Stats (Classic) instead. It has the same functionality plus lots more.

This addon announces kills of enemy players in party chat. It is intended for automatically informing your party members about kills during open world ganking/pvp.

By default, the kill announce message is "Enemyplayername killed!", where "Enemyplayername" will be automatically replaced with the name of the player that was just killed. You can set a custom message using the following chat command:

/pka killmessage <message> (for example: /pka killmessage Enemyplayername got ganked!)

You can also disable and re-enable the announce messages entirely using the command:

/pka toggle

You can see the currently configured kill announce message using:

/pka status
