Played Time Minimap Clock

Adds the Broker_PlayedTime info to the Minimap clock tooltip.

Description
Hovering over the Minimap clock shows the tooltip with added "Time Played" info (by Broker_PlayedTime).
Right clicking the Minimap clock brings up the "Broker_PlayedTime" option menu.
Left-clicking still triggers the default action, i.e. brings up the stop watch window.
Must have installed Broker_PlayedTime to work!
