Castbar Fix

  • Fixed duplicate castbars appearing on Classic and TBC nameplates.
  • Restored the proven castbar suppression behavior so Blizzard's hidden/native castbar no longer appears behind the PlaterMobHealth castbar.
  • Optimized the suppression to avoid repeated nameplate scanning and unnecessary performance impact.
  • PMH castbar remains fully functional with spell name, timer, icon, and casting progress.
  • No other addon features or visuals changed.
