  • Unticking a region now saves it; the old x and false or nil
    expression always produced nil

  • Default hideUnratedLeaders and keepAppliedRole to off (opt-in like other filters)
  • Only hide unrated leaders when the listing actually reports a score of 0
  • Keep applied role only runs with Quick Apply enabled, restores once, and
    stops if another player (e.g. the leader) sets your role. A role of NONE
    right after joining is treated as not yet assigned.
  • Note in the tooltip that the unrated filter also hides new/returning players
  • Move the Quick Apply section comment back onto its function and give
    Regions its own section banner
• Place applicant flag right after the name text
  The applicant name FontString spans the whole Name column, so anchoring
  to its right edge put the flag over the Role column. Anchor after the
  visible text instead and show the flag without the tag text there.
• Add Regions filter section to the dungeon panel
  One checkbox per realm region/language (with flag) for the player's game
  region: US, OCE, BR, LA on US realms; EN, DE, FR, ES, IT, RU, PT on EU.
  Groups are filtered by the leader's realm; unknown realms always pass.
  Region constants and realm lookup move into a shared Regions.lua.
• Add setting to hide M+ groups led by unrated characters
  Boost/WTS listings usually come from characters with no M+ score.
  On by default, under the dungeon panel's Settings section.
• Show country flags with region tags
  Flag images from flagcdn.com, converted to 64x32 TGA.
• Add region tags for group leaders and applicants
  Show a short colored tag (e.g. OCE, BR, LA on US realms; DE, FR, EN on
  EU realms) after group listings and next to applicant names when their
  realm's region or language differs from yours. Realm data is generated
  from LibRealmInfo. Toggle under the dungeon panel's display options.
• Add Quick Apply option to keep applied role after joining
  When applying with a role your current spec doesn't fill (e.g. healer
  while in a DPS spec), the game can reassign your group role to your
  spec's role on join. The new "Keep applied role" checkbox (on by
  default) restores the applied role for a short window after accepting
  an invite.
