Bug fixes for Paladin, Warrior, Demon Hunter, Mage
- Fix bug where swapping DPS buddies won't reset the icon.
- Add support for Crusade/Avenging Wrath for Retribution Paladin
- Remove blade flurry from DPS detection, fires all the time and isn't useful.
- Add minimum time for certain spells to avoid detecting the shorter version of automatically procced cooldowns. This is somewhat untested but should work.
- Bug fixes for Havoc DH and Arcane Mage not autodetecting CDs as they should.
