Photon

Photon is a macro-driven action bar addon built around flexibility. Every button is a macro: write whatever commands you want, or just drag a spell, item or mount onto it like on the default bars. Photon is available for Retail and Forever. There are currently no plans to bring it to Classic.

Photon is in beta. Please report bugs and suggestions on GitHub.

Features

Bars

• As many action bars as you want, with as many buttons as you want.
• Bag, menu, pet, zone ability, extra action and vehicle exit bars.
• XP, reputation, cast and mirror (breath, fatigue) status bars.
• Shapes: linear with any number of columns, circle, circle + one, square and diamond, all with rotation.
• Show, hide or page bars on conditions: combat, stealth, stance and forms, modifiers, mounted, skyriding, group, target reaction, and more.
• Auto-hide, fade and alpha settings for each bar.

Buttons

• Every button is a macro, edited right in the button editor.
• Each button can have different macros for different conditions, such as stance, form, combat or modifier keys and more.
• Fallback macros: when a condition has no macro of its own, the button falls back to another one, so you only set what changes.
• Blizzard spell flyouts (teleports, portals, Call Pet and others).
• Keybind mode: hover a button and press a key, nice and simple.

Other

• Hides the default Blizzard bars you replace.
• Masque support for button skins.

Getting started

• Left-click the minimap icon, or type /photon bar, to configure bars.
• Right-click the minimap icon, or type /photon button, to edit buttons.
• Shift + left-click the minimap icon, or type /photon bind, for keybind mode.
• /photon opens the settings.
