Update TOC to the current version...

 

 - add inter-user communications to allow for aggregation of gear durability status for the group (among users that use the addon - type "/durability")

 

 - Add GUI for durability (still veryyyyy rough)

 

 - Add supporting files for that feature, plus minor bugfixes
