 - Update DurabilityChecker to respond in Party/Raid to "!durability" (was previously any chat phrase containing "durability check" (this made things quite spammy in chat))

 - Add beginning stage of professions panel (use "!professions" to access)(Currently this looks a lot like a bare version of the WoW-interface - this will expand to inter-user communication in future updates)

 - Add slash-commands for config menu ("/PUK", "/PhoenixUtilityKit")(Case-insensitive, currently not useful in v0.0.3)

 - Add Config Menu (nothing useful here, yet)
