    1.2.0: TBC Anniversary support

    - Per-flavor tocs (PetTips_Vanilla / PetTips_TBC, Interface 20506) with
      generated Data/TBC catalogues: 27 hunter abilities / 137 ranks / 363
      teaching beasts incl. the Outland families, 21 demon abilities / 87
      ranks / 83 grimoires incl. the full Felguard book set.
    - Generators take -Flavor/-InputDir; TBC runs join TP costs from the
      2.5.4 build (the 2.5.6 schema dropped CharacterPoints), exclude demon
      skill lines from the hunter data and filter Felguard junk rows.
    - Fix: TBC 2.5.6 removed LEARNED_SPELL_IN_TAB (renamed
      LEARNED_SPELL_IN_SKILL_LINE); RegisterEvent threw and silently killed
      every module after KnownTraining, incl. the spellbook tab. Register
      with pcall-fallback and handle both names.
    - Core.RunCallbacks: OnInit/OnLogin callbacks are now error-isolated so
      one failing module cannot take down the rest; errors still reach the
      default error handler.
    - Tests: flavor-aware boots, both-flavor data invariants + TBC count
      pins, renamed-event regression (mock throws like the real client).
      36 -> 45 tests.
