    - Improved tooltips for old-style pet items. Added tooltip support for Battle Pets in the Auction House. Added tooltip support for enemy Battle Pets during a Pet Battle.
    - Added 21 more mappings from Item ID to NPC ID.
    - Added beginnings of a mapping from Item ID to NPC ID for the cases where the item name doesn't match the name of the pet it teaches.
    - Removed Hooks.lua Also, in the previous commit, added detection of known and unknown for old-style pet items.
    - Clear all button tooltips and remove the OnEnter/OnLeave scripts when hiding the PetJournal frame.
    - Don't display a tooltip for pets that can't do battle.
