You can listen and find the number of the sound that fit your needs in the Wowhead website URL, for example: https://www.wowhead.com/sound=416/murlocaggro. This 416 number will play the "GmmLLlLmMMlllmlmmm" of the murlocs. https://www.wowhead.com/sounds.
