Fully modular HUD display controls

• Pet name can now be independently toggled
• Pet HP% can now be independently toggled
• Pet stance can now be independently toggled
• Classic-only HUD fields remain individually controllable

HUD rendering logic rewritten

• HUD now respects checkbox state immediately
• Disabling a field removes it instantly (no more persistent text)
• Cleaner refresh logic to prevent ghost values

Improvements

• Refactored HUD update pipeline to build output dynamically based on enabled fields
• Prevented hidden fields from being appended to the display string
• Cleaner separation between Classic-only data and Retail/MoP data
• Reduced unnecessary string formatting when fields are disabled

• Fixed issue where:
• Pet name continued to display even when unchecked
• Pet HP% continued to display even when unchecked
• HUD values persisted after disabling options
