PetAlert is the evolution of FelguardAlert, now supporting multiple classes and specializations while keeping the same philosophy:

The addon displays large, clear alerts during combat to warn you when your required pet is missing, low on health, or incorrectly set to Passive mode.

No clutter. No bloat. Just the information you need, exactly when you need it.

⚔ Supported Classes

PetAlert automatically detects your class and specialization and warns you if the required combat pet is not active.

Warlock (Demonology)
Requires Felguard

Death Knight (Unholy)

Exception:
Marksmanship (no pet required)

🚨 Missing Pet Alert

PetAlert warns you instantly if:

• you enter combat without your required pet
• your pet dies during combat
• your pet is dismissed
• you have the wrong pet summoned
• you switch to a monitored specialization without the pet active

The alert disappears immediately when the correct pet is alive again.

💛 Low HP Alert

PetAlert also warns you when your pet is about to die.

• triggers when your pet drops below a configurable HP threshold (default: 25%)
• only active during combat
• only triggers if the correct pet is already active
• disappears automatically when your pet recovers

💙 Passive Mode Alert

PetAlert can now warn you if your pet is set to Passive mode during combat.

• appears only when the correct pet is active
• helps prevent inactive pet behavior and DPS loss
• disappears instantly when leaving Passive mode

🐎 Mounted Protection

While you are mounted, all alerts are hidden automatically.

⚙️ Configuration Panel

PetAlert includes a full configuration menu available in:

Game Menu → Options → AddOns → PetAlert

You can:

• Enable / disable Missing Pet alert
• Enable / disable Low HP alert
• Enable / disable Passive Mode alert
• Adjust Low HP threshold (1% → 99%)
• Change icon size independently for all alerts
• Move / Lock / Reset each alert directly from the UI
• Preview all alerts in real time
