New Check box to remove the blizzzards NEW BORDER ART THAT THEY ADDED IN 12.0.7PATCH t

Blizzards has finnally added Health POwer Text on the personal resource display in there editmode but you can still use mine i dont wanna remove it becuase i haved alot of options to change for that same text they also added way to resize there personal resource display but it dosent go that large or wide so you can still use more configurations from my part for extra wide exatra spacing show/hide specific bars or separated them  i have tested this on ptr was working im posting this before patch hits lets hope it works 100% :D :D :D
