Flight UI restoration and window controls update.
- Restore class cooldowns, action bars and selected UI categories on rapid flight-to-combat transitions, including stale flight eligibility.
- Keep protected frame operations deferred until combat permits them.
- Remove the extra upper bar and smooth the speed percentage display.
- Add shared Escape handling for project windows while preserving HUD elements and third-party interfaces.
Local flight regressions and ZIP/source parity passed. Live WoW validation remains pending.
