Persistent rare history archive.

• Keep the latest 300 detailed rare events in the existing list and retain older future events in saved chunks of up to 300 records, per character.
• Both manual marks and confirmed quest-credit events use the archive. Daily/weekly resets preserve it.
• Add chronological streaming and history counting without creating another full-history copy.

Existing retained history is preserved; events discarded by earlier versions cannot be recovered. There is no automatic total archive cap, so saved data grows with use.

Local tests passed for 1,006 events, legacy migration, chronological order, duplicate credit checks, resets, character isolation and serialized reload into a fresh Lua session, in full and standalone sources. Regression, Lua/TOC and ZIP/source checks passed. Live WoW validation remains pending.
