PersonalAchievements
Track area and boss achievements, personal rare credit and optional TomTom routes.
What's new
Treat native Delve tier zero as unavailable instead of a real difficulty. Keep explicitly local achievements visible with an unconfirmed-requirement warning while tier data is missing. Includes Kindo’jan article/apostrophe normalization and delayed Delve discovery fixes. Full and standalone rendering regression passed with tier0 and a local tier11 achievement. Live client validation pending.
