PerfFrame v2.3.0 — UI Refinements & New Options

This update introduces several new settings, removes some redundancies and legacy code, focusing on polish and clarity. PerfFrame also officially adds support for Burning Crusade Classic (BCC).

Added

  • Custom text color options for FPS/MS
    (class colors, one custom color, or custom colors for both labels)
  • Addon memory list truncating
    (show Top 5, Top 10, Top 20, or All)
  • Improved addon memory tooltip
    (cleaner layout, dynamic list truncating, a shift modifier to show all addons when truncated)
  • Better default behaviors for settings, including smarter, clearer tooltips and hints

Improved

  • Overall UI consistency to better match Blizzard's native look and feel
  • Reduced visual noise in the settings panel and ensured contextual options now appear only when relevant
  • Internal refactors for readability and long-term stability

Removed

  • Clock and mail display
    (these were redundant with the default Blizzard UI and added unnecessary bloat for features better handled elsewhere)

Fixed

  • Various edge-case UI issues related to tooltips, settings state, and color application
  • Minor inconsistencies in how settings were initialized and displayed
