PerfFrame v2.2 – UI & Systems Overhaul

This update brings a refreshed settings panel and new features.

• Most slash commands were moved to a modernized settings page with descriptive tooltips.
• Combat toggling is now available — hide during combat or show only during combat.
• An optional addon memory tooltip is fully functional.
• New font scale slider.
• New frame background opacity slider.
• Frame position is now global but a new toggle, Use Custom Frame Position, can be used to set specific positions on a per character basis.
• Fixed an issue that would reset the frame position when disabling/enabling the addon.
