Wrote this weeks ago and added it into an addon I already installed and had many people asking about what it was, So I packaged it by itself for others to enjoy.
Automatically announces the Health percent and totals in raid or party chat when a Tanaan Jungle Rare(Vengeance/Doomroller/Deathtalon/Terrorfist) is nearby/targetted whenever the phrase "%" or "%?" is asked in chat.
/PH "TargetName" to manually set a target for any mob not already included. Can add additional mobs as needed. Will eventually create user entries if needed.
