Peon Tank GPS - MDT

First public release.

Draws your Mythic+ route onto Blizzard's own dungeon map — the one that
already shows your character's arrow — so the route and your position are
in the same window.

Works out of the box with no other addons:
- Built-in routes for all 8 dungeons in the current pool, by Skandar
- Mob positions and enemy-forces values for 16 dungeons
- 17 hand-calibrated map alignments, one per map section
- The map follows the route between floors as you advance

Also included:
- Auto-advance from the live enemy-forces counter (needs a keystone)
- Compact map mode that remembers your size and position
- Pull outlines and mob portraits coloured per pull
- Adjustable mob portrait size, and a forces tracker under the map

Mythic Dungeon Tools is optional. Switch "Route source" in the settings
to use your own MDT route instead of the built-in one.

Enemy data originates with Mythic Dungeon Tools by Nnoggie. Licensed
GPL v2 to match. Routes by Skandar, credited in-game.
