Changes in Pedro 8.4

- Added a full Pedro Settings UI, opened with /pedro or by left clicking the mini map icon. This window mirrors all mini map options + custom songs.
- Added support for custom songs, you can now add up to five .ogg files and remove them as required.
- Moved the old debug command to /pedrodebug. Debug info is still available via Ctrl + Left Click on the mini map icon.
- Added an Enable/Disable Pedro toggle. This is an account‑wide setting and can be switched from the mini map menu or /pedro UI

Combat and disabling/enabling Pedro
Toggling Pedro on or off during combat may not behave as expected, especially if a Lust type debuff is already active. For the cleanest behaviour it’s best to enable or disable Pedro out of combat.
