Pedro Bloodlust

- Removed X button on Pedro real or manual play if position animation was engaged with during session.

- Updated Pedro to not show the static entire sprite sheet on first animation frame, also affects position animation.

- Removed some unused code - a remnant of haste detection, as a side note this has removed the entire player entering world logic.

- Code clean up

- Cleaned up Toc and removed redundant addon help me/read me lua file now that no haste logic is required.

- Cleaned up text read me file.
