Removed trait and gear checks that were not doing anything anyway.
Removed redundant calls in combat, should help with memory and fixed incorrect logic.
Cleaned up debug window, now Haste/Sound info & added "Last Pedro".
Added new logic for sustained haste threshold to pop Pedro, which helps reduce false haste spikes in conjunction with weighted averages.
Added Read Me/Help/Info to addon mini map.
Updated TOC.
