Pedro Bloodlust Custom:

This addon only works with the Pedro Bloodlust Addon, it by default has no content included but is designed to allow user generated content in the form of audio files in .ogg format. Pedro Bloodlust can interact with this to play your custom audio files instead of the base audio files already offered in the base addon when a bloodlust/heroism type effect is detected.

To do so in the Pedro Bloodlust addon type /pedro and follow on screen instructions.
