    Remove accidentally-committed screenshots; ignore images

    Two debug screenshots were committed on Aug 1 (via git add -A) and got packaged
    into the v1.0.2 zip (~2.9MB). Remove them from the repo and ignore *.png/*.jpg
    in both .gitignore and .pkgmeta so images stay local-only and out of releases.
