• Fix list refresh, concentration cost, and board stability.
  Completing an order now re-issues Blizzard's search. Hiding its order view unregisters the events that would otherwise drop the finished order from its own list.
  Concentration is queried with only the quality-bearing slots, each keyed by its own dataSlotIndex and allocated from the tiers actually in hand. The old list was rejected outright by the API, and the silent fallback to an empty allocation reported a cost on crafts that needed none. Mats we do not hold are costed at the cheapest tier and labelled as an estimate, so the figure and its filter keep working.
  Live orders are layered over the cache instead of replacing it, so claiming an order no longer collapses the board to the single claimed card.
