A guide that works with your quest log
PathForge weighs quest difficulty, travel distance, nearby objectives and known follow-ups to suggest your next useful action. Follow current-quest guidance, pick a quest yourself, or explore an authored route.
- Waypoint arrow and map markers: known pickups, objectives and turn-ins, with distance and location confidence.
- Authored level 1–60 routes: quest-by-quest guidance for the standard races. These routes are an experimental alpha and are still being validated in Forever.
- Talent advice through level 60: suggestions from your first talent points at level 10; you choose and spend the points yourself.
- Leveling-zone reference: compare recommended zones and alternatives as you progress.
Less friction between you and the adventure
- Quest-item reminders keep useful quest tools within reach.
- Creature tooltip hints show known quest-drop connections.
- Optional conveniences include quest acceptance, turn-ins and gray-junk selling, controlled in settings.
- Movable windows, compact layout and transparency controls let the guide fit your screen.
- XP/hour, level progress and Wowhead links put useful context beside your next objective.
Your discoveries can improve tomorrow’s guidance
PathForge combines bundled quest knowledge with reviewed discoveries from the community to improve pickup, objective and turn-in guidance. With the optional companion, your saved findings can help fill missing locations and make future adventures easier to navigate. Compatible shared-data updates bring approved discoveries back into the addon.
Coverage varies by quest and game build. Observed coordinates are approximate destinations, not terrain-aware paths; missing objectives and route details are still being improved.
Start questing in three steps
- Install PathForge for WoW Forever through CurseForge.
- Open /pf settings to customize the display and optional conveniences.
- Follow your next recommendation. Use /pf refresh to return to automatic guidance after a manual selection.
The addon works without a companion app or account. Found a missing destination or an incorrect recommendation? Use /pf report to capture a local report for review and optional companion submission.

Download PathForge Companion from Microsoft Store
Download approved shared quest locations and optionally contribute saved findings. Shared downloads work without signing in. Contributions and problem reports currently require a verified, invited account and your sharing choice; visit the support page for access.
Keep the companion in the tray while you play. Use /reload or log out to save findings; shared-data installation waits until WoW closes. Store editions update through Microsoft Store.
