Uses the new Midnight addon APIs to track individual cooldowns (Interrupts, Defensives, Offensive) and reports them to other users via a hidden chat channel.
This is designed to provide groups with details of their party member's interrupts and major cooldowns, allowing for more coordinated group play, especially in PUGs.
