• Release 0.33.0: world buffs per layer on the hop-picker chips
  New Modules/LayerBuffs.lua + mesh kind B — tells a hopper which layer to
  go to for world buffs. Two sources feed one per-layer picture: native
  detection (combat-log SPELL_AURA_APPLIED for Rend/Ony-Nef/Zan/Songflower,
  Hellfire capture yell) tagged to my layer's zoneUID and broadcast on the
  mesh, plus NWB read (NWB.data.layers timers) as fallback/enrichment, local
  only. Drop buffs surface only while actionable (pending / freshly dropped);
  songflower + zone control surface while up. Faction-aware: Terokkar gated
  on terokFaction (2=Alliance, 3=Horde), Hellfire yell matched per faction,
  Rend skipped for Alliance. Surfaced as a corner indicator on each hop chip
  (coral = dropping now, gold = stable) + a tooltip listing each buff with a
