Description

🛡️ Party CD Sync

Because this addon relies on addon-to-addon communication, ALL party members must have Party CD Sync installed to share and see each other's cooldowns. It will not track players who do not have the addon.

Party CD Sync is a lightweight addon designed to intuitively monitor major interrupts and defensive cooldowns for your entire party.

Since recent WoW API changes have restricted directly inspecting party members' cooldowns, this addon reliably bypasses those limitations by syncing data via hidden addon chat messages (C_ChatInfo.SendAddonMessage). This ensures accurate tracking without any performance loss.

⚙️ Features

  • Core Cooldown Tracking: Accurately tracks most major defensive abilities, utility skills, and interrupts for all classes.
  • Customizable UI: Easily drag, drop, and position the tracker frames anywhere on your screen.
  • Position Lock: Lock the UI in place to prevent accidental clicks during combat.

⌨️ Commands

  • Type /pcd in the chat to open the options menu to unlock/lock UI frames or enable Test Mode.

⚠️ Known Limitations (Dynamic Cooldowns)

  • Resource-Based Cooldown Reductions: Abilities that dynamically reduce their cooldowns based on resource spending (e.g., spending Rage, Runic Power, or Combo Points) currently do not sync perfectly in real-time.
  • To prevent displaying inaccurate or misleading data during combat, most of these resource-dependent cooldowns have been temporarily excluded from the tracker.
  • Exceptions: A few critically important survival/utility skills, such as Shield Wall (Warrior) and Breath of Eons (Evoker), are still included in the tracker despite this limitation, as tracking their baseline availability is crucial for Mythic+ and Raid progression.
