Description

ParseLord is a highly customisable in-combat cooldown alert system. Build a plan for each boss, anchor your cooldowns to what actually happens in the fight, and ParseLord tells you when to press them: on screen and out loud.

Plan every fight on a timeline

  • A visual timeline for each boss, showing its phases, Bloodlust and key moments.
  • Drag cooldowns from a palette onto the timeline, slide them along to adjust, right-click to change or remove them.
  • Cooldown-aware: a cooldown can’t be placed before it’s back up, and potions that share a cooldown are kept apart.
  • Mark a cooldown “again whenever it’s ready” to have it cued every time it comes back up.
  • Add text notes (“Move out”, “Stack for heals”), shown on screen and optionally spoken.
  • Add any item (by name or ID) or spell as a custom cooldown.
  • Drag Bloodlust / Heroism to when your raid actually casts it, and the cues tied to it move with it.

Anchor cues to in-fight triggers, not a stopwatch

  • Triggers: the pull, phase changes, adds spawning, boss casts, auras, yells and emotes, and boss health percentages.
  • Your own triggers: add boss-health triggers of your own at any percentage.
  • Timing: set a cue any number of seconds before or after its trigger. Repeating triggers can cue you every time they happen.
  • Seeing it coming: ParseLord keeps its own boss timers, so it can warn you before an ability happens.
  • Pull timers: if a pull timer is running when you pull, the cues before the pull fire during the countdown (potions, pre-casts).

Groups

  • Pick several cues and make them a named group (“Burst”, “Phase 2 dump”).
  • A group comes up together, is announced by its name, and can be dragged along the timeline as one.

Clear on-screen alerts

  • Cooldowns: what to press now, with icons.
  • Get ready: a warning a few seconds ahead.
  • Bloodlust: a bar for when it’s expected and while it’s up.
  • Coming next: the next ~30 seconds of your cues and the boss’s abilities.
  • Layout editor: move, resize, restyle, show or hide every piece, with snapping and a grid.

Text-to-speech

  • Spoken countdowns (“Burst in 3, 2, 1, Burst”).
  • Spoken warnings and cues, using any voice installed on your system.
  • Adjustable volume and speed.

Consumables check

  • Runs on ready checks and pull timers, or whenever you ask.
  • Checks your flask or elixirs, food buff, weapon oils and stones, and the consumables your plan needs.
  • Click a line to see your spec’s options. Use them straight from the list; ones you don’t carry are greyed out.

Share and compare

  • Import and export plans as text to share with guildmates.
  • Import named reference sets and cue straight from one, fight by fight.
  • Compare your plan with a reference set: its cues appear faintly behind yours.

And also

  • Test run: play a fight’s cues as if you’d just pulled, to see and hear your plan before raid night.
  • Fight log: a log of recent fights to see what triggered and when.
  • Works on its own: no boss mod needed. Pull timers, including the game’s /countdown, trigger your pre-pull cues.
  • Commands: /pl, /parselord or the minimap button.

Credits

  • Extra fonts and bar textures via LibSharedMedia-3.0, when another addon provides it.
  • IBM Plex Sans font, under the SIL Open Font License.
